I'm surprised! Snakes sleep with their eyes open. Their eyelids are transparent, and completely cover their eyes, no matter what state the snake is in. That is why it is difficult to determine whether the snake is sleeping or just froze in anticipation of prey, because its eyes are always open.
I modeled, textured the scene in one day. Is my snake sleeping?
